Unless you object [1] , you will receive information by SMS (appointment reminders, appointment cancellations, etc.).

For appointment reminders, although we ensure the quality of this service, we cannot guarantee its uninterrupted operation. The non-receipt of a message in no way indicates the cancellation of an appointment. If you do not receive a reminder message, please keep your appointment or contact the Centre des Toises.

If an appointment is cancelled and we are unable to notify you by SMS or telephone, we reserve the right to contact you by e-mail.
